When setting out to capture a train track landscape, I had a very specific vision. To find it, I traveled to an old section of tracks in Western Pennsylvania where I waited patiently for the sun to set just enough to cast a warm glow upon the tracks and neighboring trees. I've given the piece a textured finish to add to the rustic appeal. I created this piece specifically as a gift for my husband to hang in his office, but I think its rustic country look would also be lovely in a family room, dining room, foyer or bedroom.
